Beautiful dress and good customer service

The dress is beautiful. Unfortunately, I needed a size smaller and it was sold out. It is generously sized, in my opinion - or maybe just forgiving! Customer service for the return was easy. The primary issue I had was with shipping. The dress was routed to an entire different region of the country and arrived almost a week after the original arrival date. The box was crushed but, thankfully, the dress was intact. I have received good follow-up with customer service reps about this and was able to order another dress in the size I needed. I did pay for express shipping to ensure receipt, but I have not had any issues receiving responses to my emails.

lovely but skirt is a lot

Satiny fabric, gorgeous colors. Very retro feel. If you're going for the Mad Men look, this dress is perfect. For me, the pleated skirt just had a bit too much volume.

Fits perfectly but I’ll need to have a lot cut off - 5’2” here. Can’t wait to wear this.

Adore this dress!

I completely love this dress! The fabric is a lovely, substantial weight, I love that it’s lined and it fits like a glove. I’ve had so many compliments on this dress. I definitely will be buying my next dress from Kay Unger!
